Audiovisual production in tribute to Spanish gastronomic culture

We were invited by the cultural department of the Spanish embassy in Venezuela to make a creative video in homage for The World Tapas Day.  For this project we inspired in Casa Urrutia’s menu, one of the best-known restaurants in this country.

The project title “Uncover the Tapa” refers to the origin of the tapas whose function was to cover the drinks to prevent insects from entering them. With this idea we start a game of uncovering lids until we discover that last olive, protagonist of great moments on spanish summer terraces.

Through vivid colors and typical sounds of  Spanish land, our particular tribute to tapas is born. This way we turn  the traditional food – an starter, a main dish and a dessert – into miniature tapas.
